The Star Posterior Gait Trainer comes equipped with a pelvic stabilizer as well as a set of variable resistance tabs that allow the user to control the speed of the walker. Available in models which accommodate both children and adults, the gait trainer features ankle prompts which prevent the legs from scissoring, making the individual much more comfortable during use.
