Description

The RollerSlideFlexi is used for lying transfers between a bed and x-ray or operating table, shower trolley, ambulance stretchers or similar circumstances. It consists of a plastic board, nylon-covered foam padding and a slide cover that is made of our special sliding material ULF (Ultra Low Friction).

Differences in height can pose a big problem. And sometimes it is difficult to get close enough to ensure smooth transfers for users and staff. The RollerSlide Flexi, which is used for lying transfers, bridges gaps and moves with the users during the transfer.

The RollerSlideFlexi can be folded in the body's/bed's longitudinal direction and therefore adapts effortlessly to the underlying surface. It does not require an even surface and is therefore very effective for transfers from ambulance stretchers or other uneven surfaces.

RollerSlideFlexi consists of a padded sliding board with a cover made from our unique sliding material ULF (Ultra Low Friction), a sophisticated sliding material that slides round the board during transfer. The sliding material reduces the friction under the user, which facilitates the transfer and avoids unnecessary lifting for the staff. The RollerSlideFlexi also ensures very gentle transfers for users who are injured or very sensitive to pain.
