How do I choose the right patient lift?

Start with how much the person can help with the transfer. Sit-to-stand lifts are built for people who can bear some weight and sit upright, while full-body electric and hydraulic lifts are built for transfers where they can't. Check the weight capacity, the base width for your doorways, and pick a compatible sling. Your care team can help confirm the right type.

What should I look for in a hospital bed or mattress?

Compare how the bed adjusts (manual, semi-electric or full-electric), its weight capacity and its height range for safe transfers. Then match a mattress to the bed size and the user's needs, and add bed accessories such as overlays and safety mats. Browse all beds and mattresses.

Wheelchair, transport chair or scooter?

Wheelchairs can be self-propelled, transport chairs are lighter and pushed by a companion, and mobility scooters suit people who can sit upright and steer but want help covering longer distances. Measure seat width, check the weight capacity and think about how it will be stored and transported.

How much is shipping?

Orders shipping within the US that total $50 or more qualify for free Economy shipping. Other shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after your item arrives to request a return. Beds and lifts, including hospital beds and patient lifts, can’t be returned. Other items must be unused and in their original packaging, and a 20% restocking fee applies. See the returns policy for how to start a return.
