The Proactive Protekt 300 is a multi-tiered pressure-redistribution foam mattress for patients in care settings. A die-cut high-density foam layer supports the head and torso, while a sloped, high-resilient heel section shifts load toward the lower leg.

This mattress uses a PTSS rail system for edge support during transfers, a stretch nylon top cover that is antimicrobial and water resistant, and an anti-contamination flap over the zipper. A fire sleeve helps the core meet 16 CFR part 1633. Weight capacity is 350 lb; the foam core carries a 7-year non-prorated warranty and the cover a 2-year warranty.
