The Karman VIP-515-TP is a folding tilt-in-space transport wheelchair. A companion can tilt the whole seat from 0 to 35 degrees, shifting the user's weight without changing their posture. Its aircraft-grade aluminum frame weighs 34 lb without footrests and supports users up to 250 lb.

The tilt is operated by the companion, who also controls the brakes. The flip-back armrests have height-adjustable desk-length pads, and the footrests remove and have heel loops. Its breathable sling carries AEGIS cushions for the seat, back and head, and a seat belt is included.
