Stand Assist

The Lumex Stand Assist LF1600 is a non-powered transport aid. The user grips the middle bar and pulls up using their own strength, and a padded split seat swings out for loading, then back into place as a transport seat.

The Stand Assist is for residents with the strength and stability to lift and support themselves; Graham-Field recommends an electric sit-to-stand lift for those with limited strength. Check that it fits the person, who should be between about 5 ft 1 in and 6 ft 6 in tall, before use, and use it only with a trained caregiver.
