The Arjo Sara Stedy is a non-powered aid that lets one caregiver help a patient stand up from sitting throughout the day, which encourages early mobility. The patient pulls up on a crossbar handle with support from a knee pad, then the pivoting seat swings in to give angled seated support during the move. Pedals open the legs to fit around wide chairs. It comes in a Regular size and a Compact size for smaller patients.
