The ResMed AirSense 10 Elite is a fixed-pressure CPAP machine with added event detection. It delivers the steady pressure your doctor prescribes and also flags central apneas, RERAs and Cheyne-Stokes respiration in your therapy data. A prescription is required for this device.

This listing includes the HumidAir humidifier and a ClimateLineAir heated tube, which works with Climate Control to keep temperature and humidity steady through the night. AutoRamp waits until it senses you have fallen asleep before raising the pressure, and EPR makes breathing out against the airflow feel easier. The AirSense 10 also links to myAir, which gives you a nightly sleep score and coaching tips.
