The Karman R-4800 is an extra-wide aluminum four-wheel rollator with 8-inch casters, a padded seat, and a curved folding backrest. Loop-style locking hand brakes, height-adjustable handgrips, and a removable under-seat basket support indoor and outdoor use, and the frame folds for storage or transport.

Powder-coat finishes are offered in burgundy or blue. Overall open width is 29 inches with a 22-inch seat width; overall height adjusts from 35 to 39 inches. Unit weight with basket is 20 lb, and weight capacity is 400 lb.
