This is the transit model of the Convaid Rodeo, a folding tilt-in-space wheelchair for children with limited mobility who need more positioning and upper body support. The seat tilts from 5 to 45 degrees, and the back reclines to 90 or 110 degrees.
Seat depth grows by up to 5 in, and zippered pockets hold positioning wedges.
Transit use: the transit-ready frame meets WC19/ISO 7176-19 for riding in a bus or van. Secure the chair and the rider only with crash-tested tie-downs and occupant belts, following the user manual.
