Drive Poly Fly Transforming Transport Chair

The Drive Poly Fly is a hybrid chair that works as either a self-propelled wheelchair or a transport chair. Remove its quick-release 24 in rear wheels and it becomes a transport chair. Two sets of wheel locks are installed, one for each setup.

The all-aluminum frame weighs 34 lb with the 24 in wheels, and the chair supports users up to 250 lb. The back folds down with a deluxe release. Anti-tippers come standard, as do swing-away footrests with heel loops.
