The Karman KM-5000 TP is a lightweight reclining transport chair. Its backrest reclines from 90 to 163 degrees, and it weighs only about 33 to 34 lb, depending on size. Anti-tippers are included for stability when reclined.

The folding frame is 6061 T-6 aircraft-grade aluminum. It has padded full-length armrests that detach, swing-away elevating footrests, and an adjustable-height head pillow. The 14 in rear wheels and front casters use flat-free polyurethane tires.
