The Karman XO-505 is a power wheelchair that also raises the user to a standing position. A powered hydraulic system and an easy joystick handle both driving and standing, and an LCD display gives full control of the chair's functions.

For support while standing, it has an H-style chest harness, a full leg rest cushion and extendable arm and hand support bars. It also has a power recline feature. Karman lists a range of about 25 miles per charge and a 250 lb weight capacity.
