The Graham-Field Adjustable Frequency Tuning Fork is an all-aluminum fork with sliding masses that change its pitch. The weight scale covers seven frequencies, and the scale letters are stamped on the stems.

Patient lifts should be used only by caregivers trained in safe patient handling, with a compatible sling sized for the patient.
