Chattanooga Patient Cards

Used to capture and record accurate patient treatment data, Chattanooga's Patient Cards allow patient modality and pain profile information to be recorded and reviewed on a PC. Clinicians can also file the cards with their patients' treatment records for use during future sessions. The cards can be easily formatted for use with Chattanooga Group Therapy Systems and Traction Devices.
