  • Can be stored inside your freezer for cold applications.
  • To use the gel pad for heat applications simply let it soak in microwaved water (do not put the gel pad itself in the microwave) for 7-10 minutes before application.
  • Delivers therapeutic warmth or cold for 20 minutes.
  • Brace not included.
