The Ossur Miami J cervical collar was designed to stabilize the vertebrae in the neck to help promote healing for all kinds of neck injuries, including whiplash, sprains, and herniated discs. The Ossur Miami J is easy to apply, with a simple front piece and back piece that attach with velcro straps, meaning you can do it even if your neck is hurting. This also means the neck brace is simple to adjust; just re-do the straps on the back of the collar until the proper immobilization point has been reached.
